WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?
You will be charged IMMEDIATELY on placing your order. Shipping dates and delivery information is stated in the product's description.
IS THERE A LIMIT TO HOW MANY I CAN ORDER?
We do not have an order limit, however your quantity will be subject to stock orders and availability.
DOES PLACING AN ITEM IN MY CART RESERVE IT FOR ME?
No. An item is not yours until your payment is processed. Warning - Stock can run out in the middle of your transaction. We recommend creating an account and being logged in when a sale begins.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR ORDER CANCELLATIONS?
No. unless a product is damaged or faulty, we do not accept returns or "change of mind" requests. Please consider your purchase carefully before completing the transaction. We are not accepting cancellation requests. For more information, refer to the Returns Policy.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS DAMAGED?
We cannot guarantee mint condition packaging after it leaves our warehouse, however every effort is made to wrap and securely package your goods before dispatch. If the packaging has a slight dint or crease, it is not subject to a return.

CAN ORDERS BE COMBINED TO CUT DOWN ON SHIPPING?
No, we cannot combine orders once they are placed. Each order you place will have its own shipping cost.

DO YOU SHIP TO NEW ZEALAND?
No, at this stage we do not ship to New Zealand. We currently ship all across Australia and are working towards selling direct into NZ.
